Dental Implants: Case 7 - Richardson, TX
Description
This DFW area patient presented us with a VERY loose #8 (right front tooth). He suffered local severe periodontal disease with moderate bone loss. The tooth was not salvageable. We extracted the tooth and placed an immediate implant and some minor bone grafting. After 4 months, we used a laser to remove some tissue and made final impressions for a screw-retained implant crown. The esthetics turned out great and our patient was extremely satisfied with the end result. As were we!!
