Here is a case where traditional dentistry failed our patient. He had a long span fixed bridge and failing root canals with infection. We performed an All on Four in Richardson Texas with 6 dental implants to achieve a great result. This picture is the immediate smile right after surgery ie - his temporary. He will report back to our office in 6 months to begin creating his final zirconia fixed prosthesis.
