Description
A tooth had been root canal treated and the post had become dislodged resulting in decay building up under. The tooth was not restorable. Dr. Damon was able to remove the tooth, place an Immediate Dental Implant and some bone graft and Attach a Permanent Temporary to the implant on the same day at our Amarillo Tx dental office.
